Our newest buildings have completed construction and we now have multiple 12×30 and 10×20 units available for rent! All our new units have fully paved access right to your unit door inside our fenced and access-controlled gated facility, and will have camera surveillance and dusk-to-dawn lighting like in the rest of our facility.

We now have an additional 134 10×20 units and 31 12×30 units available for rent as of August 1st, 2022.

In addition to the new units in the back, construction will begin soon on our final building at the front of our property. This will feature a total of 12 12×30 storage units with a wider turnout area, and 90 enclosed climate controlled units. Our climate controlled units will be enclosed in the north end of the building, which will feature radiant heated floors to ensure even temperature control. The building will be secured by a single entry door and will feature full lighting and video surveillance, with 5′ wide hallways between units. Construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with estimated completion this fall.
