We are pleased to announce our new climate-controlled storage building is now completed and ready for move in!

We designed the building to use high-density foam-filled construction panels for increased insulation and radiant floor heating, in order to provide more efficient and even heating across the building for the winter months. The building uses an advanced thermometer monitoring system to maintain the interior temperature at 55 degrees. Having radiant floor heating means that all units will be evenly heated without any restrictions due to airflow. In the summer months, the insulation and large footprint of the building will help keep it naturally cool, making it a cost effective solution to maintaining temperatures year-round.

Our main entry features an automatic sliding door, so no need to fumble with keys or punch in a keycode if you have an armload of items to carry inside. We also provide flatbed moving carts for use at the building, so carting heavier items in and out of the building won’t be much of a hassle. Inside, we feature the same roll-up doors used across our facility and the same deadbolt-style cylinder locks to maintain security for your stored items. A high-end surveillance system has also been set up inside the building to monitor the facility 24/7.

Access hours are from 7:00am – 8:00pm, 7 days a week. For security purposes, the doors will close and deactivate after those hours in order to maintain a more secured facility.

These units are perfect for storing antiques, vintage furniture, documents, records, book collections and more, as the temperatures inside are ideal for minimizing moisture in the air. (They’re also perfect if you would prefer to stay out of the cold or heat when you’re accessing your regular items as well!)
